Delivery Information – UK

We aim to make your order experience as smooth and effortless as possible. All Scotch & Soda orders are shipped from our warehouse in the UK and delivered with trusted logistics partners.

Delivery Timelines

• Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days
• We dispatch orders within 24–48 hours of purchase
• Weekend & holidays are not considered business days

Once dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your order every step of the way.

Shipping Carriers

All orders are shipped with DHL. In some cases, DHL may hand over your parcel to a trusted local delivery partner in the UK for final delivery.

A signature may be required upon receipt. If you're unavailable at the time of delivery, you'll receive an email from DHL with instructions for rescheduling or collection.

Shipping Costs

• Standard Delivery: £5.00
• Free Delivery on orders over £150

Important Notes

• Once your order has shipped, we cannot make changes to the delivery address
• If your parcel is returned to our warehouse due to non-delivery, we are unable to re-ship it

Order Delays

During busy periods or promotional events, order dispatch may take slightly longer than usual. We'll do our best to keep you informed and get your items to you as soon as possible.
