How to Start a Return
Simply log in to your account, go to "My Account," select "Orders," and submit your return request. It's that easy!
Our Return Policy at a Glance
Full Price Items:
- Return within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund
Sale Items:
- Return within 14 days for an exchange or gift card (unfortunately, we can't offer cash refunds on sale items)
For Hygiene & Safety:
- We're unable to accept returns on fragrance, underwear, socks, and swimwear
Return Conditions
To ensure we can process your return smoothly, please make sure:
- Items are unworn, unwashed, and unused
- All original tags are still attached
- Original packaging is included
- You have your proof of purchase
Please note: We can only accept items purchased directly from Scotch & Soda. For purchases from other retailers, please contact them directly about their return policy.
Something Not Right with Your Order?
If you've received an item that's faulty, damaged, or not as described, we sincerely apologize! Please contact our Customer Service team at customercare@scotch-soda.co.uk right away with a brief description and we'll sort it out for you.
Refunds & Processing
Once we receive your return and it passes our quality check, we'll process your refund within 7-14 business days using your original payment method. You'll receive the item price back (delivery costs excluded).
We want to be transparent: we may need to adjust or delay refunds if items don't meet our return conditions or if collection wasn't arranged within the 14-day window.

Need an Exchange?
While we don't offer direct item-for-item exchanges, we're happy to provide you with an online coupon or gift card for the value of your returned item, giving you the flexibility to choose something you'll love from our full collection.
Return in Store
You're welcome to return your online order to our Scotch & Soda Carnaby Street store! Just bring your order confirmation and the items you'd like to return. Our friendly store team will assess the items and help you with either a gift card or exchange in line with this policy.
Important reminder: Sale and promotional items can be exchanged or returned for a gift card, but cash refunds aren't available for these items.
