These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Conditions”) apply to all orders placed with Scotch & Soda via the UK webstore (www.scotch-soda.co.uk) or otherwise outside of a physical retail location. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Conditions, which form the basis of a legally binding agreement between you and Scotch & Soda.

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate personal and delivery information when placing your order. This includes name, email, mobile number, and shipping address. Any errors in the provided information are your responsibility and may result in delayed or failed delivery.
You are also responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Scotch & Soda cannot be held liable for any unauthorised use of your account.
3. Offers & Agreement
A contract is formed once Scotch & Soda sends an order confirmation to your email address. Orders may not be cancelled once confirmed but may be returned in line with our Returns Policy.
Obvious pricing or typographical errors (e.g. a product listed for £0.00) will not be honoured. If in doubt, please contact us.
4. Right of Refusal
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for valid reasons including but not limited to:
-Out-of-stock items
-Payment authorisation failure
-Incorrect pricing or promotional details
-Incomplete or inaccurate customer information
You will be notified in such instances, and any payments made will be refunded promptly.
5. Price & Payment
All prices include VAT and are quoted in GBP (£). Any applicable delivery charges are displayed at checkout.
Accepted payment methods include those offered on the website at time of purchase.
We do not offer retroactive discounts or price adjustments on previous purchases.
6. Order Processing & Delivery
Orders will be processed and shipped to the address provided. Delivery estimates are indicative only and may be impacted by courier delays or inventory factors.
Ownership of the products transfers upon receipt of full payment. Risk passes upon delivery.
Please check your delivery upon arrival. For incomplete or damaged orders, contact us immediately.
7. Product Information & Quality
We make every effort to display product colours, materials, and descriptions accurately. However, due to screen differences, slight variations may occur.

8. Returns & Right to Cancel
You may return eligible products within 14 days of delivery for a refund, as long as:
-Items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
-All original tags and packaging are intact
Return instructions are available on our Returns Page. Items such as underwear, swimwear, fragrances, and jewellery are non-returnable if unsealed or used, due to hygiene reasons.
Returned items that show signs of excessive use or damage may result in a reduced refund amount.
This policy is in accordance with your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
